Our growing space allows us to put values into practice. By growing our own we can explore the benefits of seasonal eating, local production and a closer connection to the land.
It's a space for learning, experimentation and sharing ideas, helping us to better understand how food can be produced in ways that support both people and planet.

At Anello Kitchen Garden there is a small growing space we call our own. Here we explore and demonstrate the importance of seasonal, locally produced food. Working with the natural rhythms of the year helps us reconnect with where our food comes from and appreciate the diversity that each season brings.
The garden helps deepen our understanding of what it means to build a food system that supports people, communities and the environment. While the scale is small, it provides a tangible connection between the food we eat, the land it is grown on and the wider changes we hope to see in our food system.
Through this space we hope to encourage greater appreciation for seasonal eating, local production and the role that everyday food choices can play in creating a more resilient future.
