Grilled Elote Corn
Corn is in veg bags this week for the first time this season and I always look forward to it. Boiled for a few minutes then covered with a little knob of melting butter, so simple but so tasty. A few years ago I tried a recipe similar to this one and loved it so if you fancy elevating your corn give it a go.
